theories and how each level can be satisfied in some way by a job. Discuss 2 purchases you recently made and how
they can be explained using Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. Select two that

ReplyDelete2: The two purchases that I have made recently that satisfied my needs in Maslow's Hierarchy were food, for the most obvious reason to satisfy my psychological needs. I need food to stay nourished, to satisfy my hunger and to help me perform better physically. The second purchase was two records I won on Ebay that helped my self-esteem needs. The second things that changed huge was us moving from burlington to binbrook in with my moms new bf because it was a new city living with new people and everything changed.
Leadership characteristics I exhibit are initiative, organized, reliable, and reasonable. I use these characteristics in my everyday life, but especially while working as either a team leader, or babysitting. I must be reliable so people can see I care and can be trusted, I am organized in my thoughts so I can think clearly and efficiently, by taking initiative and being reasonable I am more respected and shows I care about their personal needs, even while babysitting.

I use leadership in my everyday life in group settings because I am able to understand how important this skill is and it comes to me naturally. I use initiation everyday because I'm in grade 12 now so noone is going to tell me to get a job or to do my homework or work towards university. With that in mind, I need to stay organized, because without it, my plans would fail, and I easily find myself doing homework everywhere I go especially to,at, and from work. I am very open minded to other peoples ideas and opinions because I respect what people have to say and noones idea can be a bad idea if it seriously wants to contribute to the goal of the group.
ReplyDeleteThe last 2 things I bought were a car and a book. I bought the car for self-esteem and physical needs because I physically need it to get to work and back because I work 30 hours a week minimum, however I value it as a part of my esteem.
